The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov, believes that a 1,000-for-1,000 prisoner exchange with Russia will take place next week, reports NVP KRAKOW with reference to the Ukrainian Press.

According to the lists, you understand — there will be an exchange, let’s say, whoever we can take — we will take. And give it back in the same way.”
What preceded: Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov stated that during the negotiations in Istanbul, the Ukrainian and Russian delegations discussed the possibility of a large-scale prisoner exchange in the “thousand-for-thousand” format.
